Responsibility
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group tutoring sessions in core academic subjects (Math, Science, English, History)
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Track progress through regular assessments and maintain detailed progress reports
- Collaborate with parents and educators to address learning challenges
- Utilize proprietary learning materials and digital platforms
- Participate in quarterly professional development workshops
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or current enrollment)
- Minimum 2 years experience tutoring K-12 students
- Expertise in SAT/ACT prep or specialized subjects (Calculus, Physics, AP courses)
- State teaching certification or equivalent credentials preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to adapt teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with educational technology platforms
