Responsibility
- Perform complex surgical procedures including laparoscopic and open surgeries
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care plans
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records
- Participate in surgical research and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide mentorship to junior surgical staff and medical students
Qualification
- Doctor (S.Ked) degree from accredited medical university
- Specialist (Sp.B) certification in General Surgery
- Minimum 5 years of surgical experience in tertiary hospital
- Valid Indonesian medical license (STR)
- Advanced certification in minimally invasive surgery preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to continuous medical education
