Job Description

Responsibility

  • Command and safely operate commercial aircraft during scheduled passenger flights
  • Conduct pre-flight inspections and brief crew on flight details, weather conditions, and safety protocols
  • Monitor aircraft systems, performance, and navigation throughout all phases of flight
  • Communicate effectively with air traffic control and operations personnel
  • Lead crew coordination and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Maintain detailed flight logs, reports, and compliance documentation
  • Mentor and develop first officers through operational oversight
  • Ensure passenger safety and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the journey

Qualification

  • ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) certificate with appropriate type rating
  • Minimum 3,000 total flight hours with at least 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command
  • FAA First Class Medical certificate with no restrictions
  • Current B757/B767 or similar heavy jet type rating preferred
  • At least 500 hours of turbojet command time
  • Previous experience in scheduled air carrier operations
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and decision-making skills under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
