Responsibility
- Command aircraft flights safely and efficiently, ensuring full compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and operational manuals.
- Conduct comprehensive pre-flight risk assessments, flight planning, and real-time weather evaluations.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership and Crew Resource Management (CRM) to optimize flight deck coordination and safety protocols.
- Maintain rigorous flight documentation, logs, and incident reports with absolute accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as the brand ambassador by delivering professional communication and ensuring a premium passenger travel experience.
- Mentor and evaluate First Officers, actively contributing to their technical proficiency and professional growth.
- Collaborate effectively with dispatch, maintenance control, and ground operations to uphold safety and operational integrity.
- Participate in recurrent training, advanced simulator sessions, and emergency procedure drills to maintain peak readiness.
Qualification
- Valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Rating.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate (CACI/Deferred status must be pre-approved).
- Minimum 3,500 total flight hours with 1,500 hours PIC in multi-engine turbine aircraft (500+ hours in type preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Science, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Must pass an extensive 10-year background check, DOT/FAA drug and alcohol screening, and psychological evaluation.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization and a valid passport with no international travel restrictions.
- No history of FAA enforcement actions or aircraft accidents/incidents involving pilot error.
