Responsibility
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements and create detailed functional specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics for business initiatives
- Present insights through data visualization and executive reports
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
