Responsibility
- Manage medication dispensing with 100% accuracy verification
- Provide comprehensive patient consultations on drug interactions and side effects
- Oversee pharmaceutical inventory control and cold chain management
- Collaborate with physicians on medication therapy optimization
- Implement clinical pharmacy services for chronic disease management
- Maintain compliance with BPOM and Indonesian pharmacy regulations
- Lead staff training on new pharmaceutical protocols
- Conduct health education workshops for community outreach
Qualification
- S1 Farmasi (S1) from accredited university with minimum GPA 3.2
- SIPA (Surat Izin Praktik Apoteker) mandatory
- Minimum 5 years hospital/clinical pharmacy experience
- Certification in Clinical Pharmacy or Pharmacotherapy preferred
- Expert knowledge of BPOM regulations and drug safety protocols
- Advanced proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., RxNova, Apotek Digital)
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities in emergency medication situations
