Responsibility
- Perform routine dental exams, cleanings, and diagnostic imaging.
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans for restorative, cosmetic, and preventive care.
- Administer anesthesia and manage dental emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and frontâdesk staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Participate in continuing education and practiceâwide quality improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution.
- Active Texas dental license or eligibility to obtain.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical dentistry experience in a private practice or group setting.
- Proficiency in digital radiography, intraoral scanners, and practice management software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient comfort.
