Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive oral examinations, develop detailed treatment plans, and execute a full scope of general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry procedures.
- Specialize in cosmetic smile makeovers utilizing veneers, composite bonding, Invisalign, and teeth whitening to deliver stunning, natural-looking results.
- Operate and champion our digital workflow, including intraoral scanning (Itero 5D), CBCT diagnostics, and same-day CEREC restorations.
- Build lasting patient relationships through empathetic communication, education, and a gentle, high-quality clinical approach.
- Collaborate closely with our dental hygienists, assistants, and front office team to ensure smooth operations and an extraordinary patient journey.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintain meticulous clinical records and ensure compliance with all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.
Qualification
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited university.
- Active and unrestricted California Dental License.
- Valid DEA License and current CPR/BLS Certification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in a high-volume cosmetic or restorative practice.
- Advanced training or certification in Invisalign and/or CEREC is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and a naturally warm, empathetic chairside manner.
- Fluency in English required; bilingual in Spanish is a significant plus.
- Commitment to staying current with the latest industry advancements and materials.
