Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Develop and present personalized treatment plans while considering patient preferences and financial options
- Execute general dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, and preventive treatments
- Maintain detailed patient records using our electronic health record system
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment options to promote long-term dental health
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Stay current with advancements in dental techniques, materials, and technology through continuing education
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and maintain compliance with infection control standards
Qualification
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid Texas dental license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of Texas
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a general dental practice setting preferred
- Proficiency in comprehensive dental procedures including restorations, extractions, and endodontics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate chairside manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care and building lasting relationships
