We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Associate General Dentist who thrives in a quality-driven environment. You will be empowered to perform comprehensive treatment, from minimally invasive cosmetic bonding to full-mouth rehabilitation. Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive oral examinations and diagnosis using digital radiography and CBCT technology.
- Develop detailed, patient-centric treatment plans covering preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
- Execute high-quality restorative and cosmetic dentistry, including direct composites, veneers, crowns, and bridges.
- Perform simple to moderate surgical extractions and implant restorations.
- Utilize endodontic treatment capabilities for anterior and premolar teeth.
- Mentor and collaborate with a team of hygienists and assistants to ensure optimal patient flow.
- Maintain precise clinical records and adhere to all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
Qualification
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited CODA dental school.
- Active and unrestricted New York State Dental License (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience post-residency preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry (portfolio or case photos preferred).
- Experience with digital dentistry workflows (intraoral scanning, digital impressions).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Current BLS/ACLS certification required. Nitrous Oxide certification preferred.
