Job Description

Are you a visionary General Dentist ready to elevate your clinical career without the administrative burdens of practice ownership?

MetroCrest Dental Partners is a premier, fee-for-service, private practice located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. We exclusively utilize the latest in digital dentistry (CBCT, intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM milling) to deliver unparalleled patient outcomes.

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Associate General Dentist who thrives in a quality-driven environment. You will be empowered to perform comprehensive treatment, from minimally invasive cosmetic bonding to full-mouth rehabilitation. Our established patient base ensures a fully booked schedule from day one.

If you are tired of corporate quotas and desire genuine clinical autonomy paired with a highly competitive compensation structure (base + percentage of collections, no cap), this is the role for you.

Responsibility

  • Perform comprehensive oral examinations and diagnosis using digital radiography and CBCT technology.
  • Develop detailed, patient-centric treatment plans covering preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
  • Execute high-quality restorative and cosmetic dentistry, including direct composites, veneers, crowns, and bridges.
  • Perform simple to moderate surgical extractions and implant restorations.
  • Utilize endodontic treatment capabilities for anterior and premolar teeth.
  • Mentor and collaborate with a team of hygienists and assistants to ensure optimal patient flow.
  • Maintain precise clinical records and adhere to all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.

Qualification

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited CODA dental school.
  • Active and unrestricted New York State Dental License (or ability to obtain prior to start).
  • Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience post-residency preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry (portfolio or case photos preferred).
  • Experience with digital dentistry workflows (intraoral scanning, digital impressions).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Current BLS/ACLS certification required. Nitrous Oxide certification preferred.
  • Unwavering commitment to clinical excellence and ethical patient care.
