Responsibility
- Perform diagnostic testing and repairs on domestic and foreign vehicles
- Conduct routine maintenance services (oil changes, brake inspections, etc.)
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Document repairs and maintenance in digital service records
- Maintain inventory of parts and tools
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and costs
Qualification
- 3+ years of automotive repair experience
- ASE certification (A1-A8 preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with diagnostic scanners and repair equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service communication skills
- Knowledge of hybrid/electric vehicle systems (a plus)
