Qualification
- S.Ked / S.Tr.Ked degree from accredited medical institution
- Specialist degree in General Surgery (Sp.B) with STR certification
- Minimum 5 years of clinical surgical experience
- Valid medical license from IDI (Ikatan Dokter Indonesia)
- Advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery skills
- Strong leadership abilities and team management skills
