Responsibility
- Perform a wide range of general surgical procedures with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, assessments, and pre-operative planning.
- Manage post-operative care and follow-up protocols to ensure optimal recovery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Mentor junior staff and residents in surgical techniques and best practices.
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in New York State.
- Board Certification or eligibility for Board Certification in General Surgery.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate surgical experience preferred.
- Proven track record of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
