Responsibility
- Conduct thorough business analysis by gathering requirements, interviewing stakeholders, and documenting current-state and future-state processes
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flow documentation to guide technical implementation
- Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and executive-level presentations that communicate insights effectively
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and client meetings to align expectations and drive consensus on solutions
- Support the design and implementation of technology solutions, working closely with technical teams and product owners
- Monitor project metrics and key performance indicators to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field required
- 1-3 years of professional experience in business analysis, consulting, or a similar analytical role
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI required
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into structured analytical frameworks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience with Agile methodology and Jira/Confluence is highly desirable
- Professional certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA is a plus
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
