Responsibility
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify inefficiencies, opportunities, and requirements for process improvements and new initiatives
- Document and translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to uncover actionable insights and support strategic recommendations
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on project objectives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, process flows, and user stories following Agile methodologies
- Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance metrics to ensure on-time delivery
- Partner with product and development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals and quality standards
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2-4 years of professional experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar analytical role
- Proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into strategic recommendations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency in using project management tools like JIRA or Confluence
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus
