Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather detailed business requirements and document functional specifications for technology implementations
- Perform deep-dive data analysis using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities in client operations
- Develop detailed process maps, flowcharts, and technical documentation that bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
- Create compelling presentations and executive summaries that communicate complex findings to C-suite stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Lead UAT testing efforts and coordinate user training programs to ensure successful solution adoption across enterprise environments
- Monitor project metrics and KPIs to track delivery progress, identify risks early, and recommend corrective actions when needed
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or analytical roles with proven ability to deliver actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling capabilities
- Hands-on experience with SQL queries, database concepts, and ability to extract insights from large datasets
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall with practical implementation experience
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset and demonstrated critical thinking in complex business scenarios
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage expectations of diverse stakeholders
- Industry certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or Agile Scrum Master preferred but not required
