As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, analyze processes, and drive improvements that enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Responsibility
- Elicit and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems.
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams to guide development teams.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, using SQL and other analytical tools.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet quality standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA is a plus.
