Responsibility
- Partner with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for optimization and automation.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases for development teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and measure project outcomes.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation through deployment and post-implementation support.
- Lead requirements review sessions and obtain stakeholder sign-offs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proven ability to gather and document precise business requirements using interviews, surveys, and workshops.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is highly desirable.
