Responsibility
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify client needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Support user acceptance testing and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and system designs.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
