Responsibility
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities through data-driven insights
- Document detailed requirements using UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track project success
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and desired business outcomes
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize features based on business impact
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Data Science with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and BPMN
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Agile Scrum Master preferred
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in requirement gathering methodologies and documentation standards
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with ERP/SAP implementation projects
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
