Responsibility

  • Command aircraft operations in accordance with FAR Part 121 regulations and company SOPs
  • Conduct pre-flight briefings and thorough aircraft inspections before each departure
  • Make real-time operational decisions to ensure safety, efficiency, and passenger comfort
  • Mentor and develop First Officers through structured training programs
  • Maintain precise flight logs, documentation, and compliance records
  • Coordinate effectively with air traffic control, dispatch, and ground operations
  • Manage in-flight emergencies with calm professionalism and decisive action
  • Uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional passenger experience

Qualification

  • Current ATP certificate with Type Rating (Boeing or Airbus preferred)
  • Minimum 3,000 total flight hours with 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command
  • FAA First Class Medical Certificate (or ability to obtain)
  • Successful completion of company initial Captain training and checkride
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities in high-pressure situations
  • Must pass comprehensive background investigation and DOT drug screening
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Residence within reasonable commuting distance or willingness to relocate
