Responsibility
- Conduct safe and efficient flight operations in strict accordance with aviation regulations and company policies.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety for passengers and crew by adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor weather conditions, aircraft performance, and fuel consumption to optimize flight paths and minimize environmental impact.
- Manage in-flight emergencies and make critical, calm, and decisive decisions under pressure.
- Maintain accurate flight logs, technical reports, and crew documentation after every flight.
- Collaborate seamlessly with ground operations, dispatch teams, and cabin crew to ensure a seamless passenger experience.
Qualification
- Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with zero type rating (if Captain) or relevant type rating (if First Officer).
- Current Class 1 Medical Certificate issued by the GCAA or relevant aviation authority.
- Minimum 2,000 hours of total flight time, including 500 hours on type.
- Proficiency in English (ICAO Level 4 or higher).
- Strong understanding of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Crew Resource Management (CRM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a high-pressure team environment.
