Responsibility
- Command commercial aircraft operations ensuring the highest standards of flight safety and regulatory compliance
- Conduct thorough pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings with crew members
- Monitor aircraft systems, fuel consumption, and weather conditions throughout all flight phases
- Coordinate seamlessly with air traffic control, operations centers, and cabin crew
- Maintain precise documentation including flight logs, operational reports, and incident reports
- Mentor and develop First Officers through real-time coaching and evaluation
- Uphold compliance with UAE GCAA regulations and international aviation standards
- Demonstrate exemplary airmanship during normal, abnormal, and emergency situations
Qualification
- Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) with Type Rating on multi-engine jet aircraft
- Minimum 5,000 total flight hours with at least 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command on jet aircraft
- Previous experience as Captain or Senior First Officer on narrow-body or wide-body commercial aircraft
- Current UAE GCAA license or ability to obtain validation with successful conversion
- Class 1 Medical Certificate meeting EASA or GCAA standards
- Fluency in English (ICAO Level 4 minimum); proficiency in Arabic or other languages advantageous
- Demonstrated track record of operational excellence and safety compliance
- Must pass comprehensive background checks, drug screening, and security clearance
