- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and efficient checkout
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Handle returns/exchanges per company policy and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Support loss prevention efforts through vigilant monitoring of store activities
Qualification
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
- Proficient in operating POS systems and basic math skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
