Responsibility
- Efficiently operate POS systems and process customer payments (cash, credit, digital)
- Provide exceptional customer service through greeting, assistance, and problem resolution
- Handle cash drawer accurately, reconcile transactions, and report discrepancies
- Scan, bag, and merchandise items with speed and precision
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and surrounding zones
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Uphold food safety standards and company policies at all times
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with payment processing systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
