Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Greet customers warmly and provide product recommendations and assistance.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card payments with strict attention to accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Reconcile daily sales and handle end-of-shift deposits.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or cash handling preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 20 lbs).
