Responsibility
- Efficiently process customer transactions using POS systems while maintaining accuracy and speed
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and problem-solving
- Handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision and security
- Assist with inventory management and stocking checkout areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout environment
- Support team members during peak hours and special promotions
- Adhere to all food safety and security protocols
Qualification
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn POS systems
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
