Responsibility
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and professional demeanor immediately upon entry.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with strict accountability and reconciliation.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product details, store policies, and services.
- Keep the checkout area and sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Assist in inventory management, price checks, and stocking shelves as needed.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding current promotions and loyalty programs.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills and the ability to handle money accurately under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computerized POS systems and basic office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
