Responsibility
- Own the full scope of midwifery care, from prenatal education through postpartum support, ensuring a seamless and empowered patient journey.
- Design and execute personalized birth plans, honoring the unique needs and preferences of every family.
- Manage low-risk deliveries with confidence, skillfully handling emergency protocols and escalating care as needed within our collaborative network.
- Champion holistic well-woman care, including gynecological exams, family planning, and menopausal support.
- Serve as a trusted educator and advocate, equipping families with the knowledge to make informed decisions about their health.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our OB/GYN partners and allied health professionals to ensure continuity of care for high-risk patients.
- Maintain meticulous digital health records, driving quality improvement initiatives that elevate our standard of care.
Qualification
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse-Midwifery program (MSN or DNP required).
- Current and unrestricted RN and APRN license in Washington State.
- Certification by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) as a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM).
- Minimum of 2 years of full-scope clinical midwifery experience preferred.
- Active DEA registration and NPI number.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based healthcare environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for patient advocacy and education.
- Current BLS and NRP certifications required.
