Responsibility
- Lead structural analysis and design using industryâstandard software (AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS).
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to ensure project compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve constructionârelated issues.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Stay current with local building codes, regulations, and emerging trends in civil engineering.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) required; Masterâs preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 2 years.
- 3+ years of experience in structural design and construction supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, and other engineering tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, seismic design, and soil mechanics.
- Excellent communication, problemâsolving, and project management skills.
- Valid driverâs license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
