In this role, you will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, deliver individual and group therapy sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and licensed counselors. Responsibility
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations for new and existing clients
- Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT
- Facilitate group therapy sessions for anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR systems
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, referring physicians, and community resources
- Participate in weekly case conferences and treatment planning meetings
- Engage in continuing education to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills
Qualification
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Current or eligible for Massachusetts Psychologist License (Licensed Psychologist preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years post-doctoral clinical experience in outpatient settings
- Proficiency in psychological testing and assessment measures
- Experience with diverse populations and cultural considerations
- Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of DSM-5 criteria
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
