MindWell Psychology Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our growing practice in Boston, MA. Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for new clients
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
- Develop and modify treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other mental health professionals
- Participate in weekly case conferences and contribute to team clinical discussions
- Engage in continued professional development and stay current with emerging research
Qualification
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Massachusetts Licensed Psychologist (or license-eligible with supervision plan)
- Minimum 2 years of post-doctoral clinical experience
- Proficiency in psychological testing and assessment instruments
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and inclusive practices
