Job Description

Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for diagnostic purposes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and client goals
  • Provide individual therapy services to clients presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops as needed
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate client care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health records
  • Participate in case conferences, peer consultations, and team meetings
  • Stay current with emerging research and treatment modalities through continued education

Qualification

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Oregon (or eligible for licensure)
  • Minimum 2 years of post-doctoral clinical experience providing therapy and assessment
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care
  • Experience administering and interpreting psychological testing batteries
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and inclusive practices
