MindWell Psychology Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our thriving practice in Portland, Oregon. In this role, you will conduct psychological assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators to ensure holistic client care. Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for diagnostic purposes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and client goals
- Provide individual therapy services to clients presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops as needed
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate client care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health records
- Participate in case conferences, peer consultations, and team meetings
- Stay current with emerging research and treatment modalities through continued education
Qualification
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Current licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Oregon (or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum 2 years of post-doctoral clinical experience providing therapy and assessment
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care
- Experience administering and interpreting psychological testing batteries
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and inclusive practices
