Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT).
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and primary care providers for integrated care.
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in weekly clinical case conferences and peer supervision.
- Contribute to the development of new therapeutic programs and workshops.
Qualification
- Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Valid and unrestricted California Psychology License (PSY).
- Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Proven expertise in CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus.
