Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
- Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic).
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in clinical psychology and apply it to practice.
- Participate in clinical supervision and professional development opportunities.
Qualification
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited institution.
- Current, valid license to practice psychology in New York State.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
