Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for a diverse client population.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
  • Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy services to adults and adolescents.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
  • Participate in weekly clinical supervision and team case consultations.
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services as needed.
  • Contribute to outreach and community mental health education initiatives.

Qualification

  • Doctorate degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
  • Current and unrestricted license as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of California (PSY license).
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
  • Expertise in evidence-based treatments (CBT, DBT, ACT) for anxiety, depression, and trauma.
  • Excellent diagnostic skills and knowledge of DSM-5-TR criteria.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
