Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for a diverse client population.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy services to adults and adolescents.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision and team case consultations.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services as needed.
- Contribute to outreach and community mental health education initiatives.
Qualification
- Doctorate degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Current and unrestricted license as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of California (PSY license).
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
- Expertise in evidence-based treatments (CBT, DBT, ACT) for anxiety, depression, and trauma.
- Excellent diagnostic skills and knowledge of DSM-5-TR criteria.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
