Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and neuropsychological testing for adults and adolescents.
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, maintaining a supportive, non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care and coordinate referrals when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and institutional standards.

  • Participate in clinical supervision and professional development workshops to continuously enhance clinical skills.

Qualification

  • Doctorate degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active, full and unrestricted license to practice psychology in the State of California (e.g., Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Psychologist).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of post-graduate experience in clinical settings (experience in private practice or integrated care settings preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in diagnostic classification systems (DSM-5) and psychometric testing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, cultural competence, and patient confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
