Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for adults, adolescents, and children.
- Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Psychodynamic therapy.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and agency standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient care.
- Participate in clinical case conferences and continuing education opportunities to maintain licensure and clinical excellence.
Qualification
- Doctorate degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid and active license to practice psychology in California (e.g., Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Counselor).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of post-graduate clinical experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of psychopathology, diagnostic criteria, and therapeutic interventions.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting psychological testing and assessments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to ethical standards and cultural competence.
