Responsibility
- Accurately dispense prescription medications and oversee pharmacy technicians.
- Provide comprehensive Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services to optimize patient outcomes.
- Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and potential interactions.
- Administer immunizations and other clinical services per state protocol.
- Maintain strict compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver integrated patient care.
Qualification
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current, unrestricted Registered Pharmacist license in the State of Texas.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
- Board Certification (BCPS) is a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including some weekends.
