Responsibility

  • Accurately dispense prescription medications and oversee pharmacy technicians.
  • Provide comprehensive Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and potential interactions.
  • Administer immunizations and other clinical services per state protocol.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver integrated patient care.

Qualification

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current, unrestricted Registered Pharmacist license in the State of Texas.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Board Certification (BCPS) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including some weekends.
