Key Responsibilities:

- Define the Vision: Articulate a compelling company vision and roadmap that aligns with market opportunities and investor expectations.
- Fundraising & Capital Strategy: Lead investor relations, manage pitch decks, and secure Series A and B funding rounds to fuel expansion.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring product development, sales, and marketing efforts are synchronized and efficient.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and secure high-impact partnerships and strategic alliances to accelerate market penetration.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with board members, advisors, and employees to maintain alignment and trust.
Qualification
- Entrepreneurial Experience: Proven track record of successfully founding, launching, and scaling a startup or leading a significant business unit.
- Leadership Skills: Strong executive presence with the ability to inspire and lead diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the logistics, technology, or SaaS sectors (preferred).
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Resilience: High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to pivot strategies quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Network: Extensive professional network within the venture capital and tech ecosystem.
