Responsibility
- Execute safe and professional charter flights for VIP and corporate clients across regional and short-haul routes
- Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, route calculations, and fuel management
- Perform comprehensive pre-flight and post-flight aircraft inspections per FAA regulations and company SOPs
- Maintain precise communication with air traffic control and follow all ATC instructions during all phases of flight
- Monitor aircraft systems, navigation equipment, and engine performance throughout operations
- Manage emergency situations professionally while prioritizing passenger and crew safety
- Complete all required flight documentation, logs, and reports accurately and on time
- Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground crews to ensure seamless flight operations
Qualification
- Valid FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating (required)
- FAA First Class Medical Certificate with no restrictions
- Minimum 1,500 total flight hours with 500 hours of cross-country experience
- Current CFI or CFII preferred but not required for consideration
- ATP certification or eligibility required for advancement opportunities
- Minimum 100 hours of actual instrument time
- Strong working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR Part 135)
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in aviation or related field preferred
- Pristine safety record with no FAA violations or accidents
