Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and our blog.
- Film, edit, and produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content that aligns with brand voice.
- Write captivating copy for social captions, blog articles, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all assets.
- Engage with the online community to build brand loyalty and foster user-generated content.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging content formats.
Qualification
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- A robust portfolio showcasing diverse content pieces (videos, blogs, social campaigns).
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles and keyword research tools.
- Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills with an impeccable eye for detail.
- Proven track record of growing social media audiences and increasing engagement rates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
