You will architect compelling stories across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, transforming complex ideas into shareable, conversion-driven content.

You will collaborate with elite strategists, designers, and videographers to build campaigns that don't just get views—they get results. Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven content strategy aligned with brand KPIs and audience growth targets across all major social platforms.
- Produce high-quality assets including short-form video (TikTok/Reels), long-form content (YouTube/Blog), and static graphics (Instagram/LinkedIn).
- Optimize all content for SEO and platform-specific algorithms to maximize organic reach and engagement.
- Manage the daily content calendar, ensuring a consistent, on-brand narrative across all channels.
- Partner with the Paid Social team to create conversion-focused ad creative and landing page copy.
- Analyze content performance using platforms like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and native insights to iterate on strategy weekly.
- Identify and build relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors within our niche.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to high-level campaign strategy from concept to execution.
Qualification
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Digital Copywriter in a fast-paced agency or brand environment.
- An outstanding portfolio showcasing mastery of video editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut) and graphic design (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
- Deep understanding of SEO principles and hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills with an obsessive attention to detail.
- Proven track record of growing social audiences and driving measurable engagement.
- Data-literate mindset with experience using analytics dashboards to inform creative decisions.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
