Responsibility
- Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU setting
- Monitor and interpret complex hemodynamic dataAdminister life-saving medications and interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Mentor junior nursing staff through our residency program
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualification
- Active NY State RN license (required)
- BSN or higher degree (preferred)
- 2+ years ICU experience (trauma/cardiac focus)
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a)
- Spanish bilingualism (highly desirable)
