- Mentor junior tailors and contribute to team skill development
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a tailor in a bespoke environment
- Expert proficiency in pattern making, drafting, and grading
- Masterful hand and machine sewing skills
- In-depth knowledge of wools, cottons, linens, and luxury fabrics
- Strong eye for detail and ability to visualize finished garments
- Excellent interpersonal skills and client management abilities
- Degree or certification in Fashion Design or Tailoring from an accredited institution
