SecureNet Technologies is seeking a dedicated Cybersecurity Specialist to protect our organizationās digital assets and ensure compliance with industry standards. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents, as well as implementing robust security controls across our infrastructure.

Responsibility
- Monitor network traffic and security logs for anomalies and potential threats.
- Respond to and remediate security incidents, including malware, phishing, and data breaches.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.
- Implement and manage security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM solutions.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security best practices.
- Provide security awareness training and guidance to staff.
Qualification
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of handsāon experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or threat analysis.
- Proficiency with security tools such as SIEM, Nessus, Wireshark, or Splunk.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS) and architecture.
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCIāDSS).
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or similar certification preferred.
- Ability to work in a fastāpaced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical, problemāsolving, and communication skills.
