Responsibility
- Design, implement, and monitor advanced security measures across cloud/on-premise environments
- Lead incident response protocols including threat hunting, containment, and forensic analysis
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of enterprise systems
- Develop security automation frameworks using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and industry-specific regulations
- Mentor junior security engineers and drive security awareness initiatives
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in hands-on security operations
- Industry certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in threat intelligence, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and security automation
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate complex risks to stakeholders
