Responsibility
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business strategies.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports using advanced BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, ensure data quality, and deliver insightful solutions.
- Clean, preprocess, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and narratives.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and workflows for improved efficiency and scalability.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests and perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and database design principles.
