Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy for analysis
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective data solutions
- Create clear, compelling reports and presentations that communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within existing data workflows
- Support ad-hoc data requests and investigate data anomalies or discrepancies
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases; comfort writing complex queries
- Strong skills in Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas; VBA a plus
- Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, R, or Java for data analysis
- Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings confidently to diverse audiences
