Responsibility
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and implement data tracking systems
- Conduct A/B tests and provide recommendations for product optimization
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to ensure timely delivery of key metrics
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices documentation
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
